This $250,000,000 state-of-the-art basketball facility, copmleted in August of 2004, was designed for a wide variety of events, including ice hockey and concerts. OGCB provided HVAC and plumbing design for over 240,000 SF of area, including luxury suites, locker rooms, food-service areas, practice courts, and administrative offices. OGCB also provided ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection for the 1,472 car parking garage.
