New 600-room, six-story hotel on a site containing an existing hotel and casino. Includes pool, kitchen and laundry. Total area is 331,000 SF; construction was $50 million, completed in 1999.

• Chilled water from existing plant; 900 tons load
• 2-pipe HVAC with electric heat at fan-coil units
• 277/480 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire series with 4,900 KW demand
• 400 KW emergency generator
• Wet type sprinkler protection
