This 135,000 SF building and 100,000 SF garage was completed in the fall of 2007. The new four-story building has a floor dedicated to Alzheimer's patients, with roof terrace garden. The building includes central chiller and boiler plans, full food service capability, emergency/stand-by electrical generator, and systems for nurse call, security, and fire alarm.
